You are the most important person in your life, and you are responsible for everything that happens to you. You cannot put your health in anyone else' hands. Every cell in your body has a receptor for emotions. This means that every tissue, organ, and muscle in your body is carrying emotions of anger, pain, loss, rejection, jealousy and so on. In order to understand how you are carrying emotions that you are not aware of, think about a part of your body where you are experiencing constant pain or that you are constantly injuring, that place is where you have blocked negative emotions.

Perhaps you have a chronic illness, blocked emotions are at the root of it. Now, that you are aware of how an overload of negative emotions can affect your physical body It is very necessary to clear out toxic emotions that are embedded in the cells of your body. You can do this exercise by using my cellular memory release technique.

Besides releasing toxic emotions, you also need to physically detox your body. They both help each other! Clearing physical toxins HEALS emotional toxins AND healing your emotional toxins CURES your physical body!

You need to release all the toxic emotions that you feel most of the time such as anger, resentment, jealousy, rejection plus others. These emotions are extremely heavy and will overload your internal system which can cause illness by affecting the organs in your body such as your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, wherever you have a weakness, To make sure the toxicity from the negative emotions do not linger in your body, detoxing your body is also necessary.

Releasing Negative Emotions Is Crucial For Releasing Physical Pain

To do this DETOX work, imagine peeling an onion, and just as you peel off the layers of the onion, you need to peel off many layers of emotional toxins that have accumulated over the years. While you do an internal cleanse of your physical body, it is important to cleanse any toxic emotions that you presently are feeling and which are in your cellular memory causing blockages within your body.Blocked emotions appear as chronic pain somewhere in your body such as in your:

- Bowels;

- Lower back;

- Stomach area;

- Liver and kidney;

- Neck and shoulders.

You may have buried your emotions -- in this life and in all lifetimes -- while suffering from:

- Grief and loss;

- Low self esteem situations;

- Depression, fear, and anxiety;

- Sexual abuse as well as childhood abuse.

Over this life time and other lifetimes, you have built layers and layers of negative emotions and feelings you have forgotten. The hidden layers of emotions have originated from your past lives, and on multiple timelines. Whatever toxic emotions you are carrying into this lifetime, you can be sure they have occurred many times in your past lives.

You will know when there is an emotion or incident that has to be released. This can happen anywhere, either when you are at home alone or in another environment. It can occur as an emotional trigger, such as anger. Find out about anger triggers. Sometimes you may suddenly feel very sick to your stomach. That is a signal that you are being triggered.

Negative emotions that need to be released can also register as a nagging pain in your body. Rather than let this pain linger, it is better to deal with it immediately.

It is time to get non-toxic!

You will know if your body has toxic overload through the following symptoms:

hair loss

joint pain

back pain

kidney stones

body odor

healing issues

vision loss

skin problems

constant colds

digestion problems

groggy in mornings

sore muscles (not from working out)

fungal infections incl. athlete's foot

This is an incomplete list of every day items -- NOT PURCHASED FROM A HEALTH STORE -- that cause a buildup of toxins in your body:

electronic equipment

food additives

food packaging

hair spray

GMO food

processed food of all kinds

rubbing alcohol

stains and varnishes

Detoxing is about flushing toxins from your body and anything that supports that will improve the way you feel.

Benefits from a detox diet may actually come from avoiding highly processed foods that have solid fats and added sugar.

But detox diets that severely limit protein or that require fasting, can result in fatigue. Long-term fasting can result in vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Colon cleansing, which is often recommended as part of a detox plan, can cause cramping, bloating, nausea and vomiting. Dehydration also can be a concern.

It seems that you hear and read about food toxins every day, but what are food toxins and where do they exist?

Simply put, whatever is disagreeable to your system is toxic. Here is a good definition explaining what are food toxins.

A food toxin is a biologically produced poison which is inanimate and incapable or reproducing itself. It can be a material or product of plants, animals, microorganisms (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa) or infectious substances, or a recombinant or synthesized molecule. Recombinant molecules are DNA molecules formed by laboratory methods (ie. cloning) to bring together genetic material from multiple sources that would not originally be found in biological organisms. In other words, using DNA technology and synthetic DNA can create any DNA sequence which can be introduced into any of a wide range of living organisms. I know this is a mouthful to digest. Think about it, it is how many of our drug prescriptions and many food products are being created and produced. This is why you need to AVOID PRESCRIPTION PILLS, and only eat natural whole non-processed foods which are NON-GMO and ORGANIC.

You may have to read the explanation a few times to understand it. You can find all this information and much more concerning toxins online. The bottom line is that you need to CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSE YOUR FOOD TO MAKE SURE IT IS NON-GMO AND ORGANIC.

You are going to be amazed at what are toxins in our food or which food is toxic for everyone. ANY FOOD THAT IS PROCESSED OR IN A MIX -- that is not ORGANIC AND NON-GMO -- is toxic.

Stay positive! Shopping for new foods at new organic non-gmo health food stores is going to be a fun adventure! Yes!

And remember, you can remove emotional toxins by eating healthy organic non-GMO food!

It is ALWAYS the perfect time of year to cleanse your body of unwanted toxins and get rid of the excess waste and heaviness that may be bogging you down.

Feeling fatigued, bloated, lacking energy, experiencing hormonal imbalances or skin disorders can all be attributed to an overburdened liver.

There are many beneficial herbs that are incredibly detoxifying and help to support the liver and kidneys in flushing waste from the body. Many of these can be found right outside your door and in the garden!

Here are many detoxifying herbs you can include during the spring that help to eliminate toxic buildup from your system and renew your health. Here are some of them!

dandelion tea

The great thing about dandelion is that the flowers, leaves and roots support the health of your entire body. The bright yellow flowers contain high amounts of antioxidants and flavonoids, which are all great for supporting the liver and renewing cells. You can add the flowers to a pot of water and simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes to make a sweet tasting, detoxifying tea.

Dandelion leaves are an important part of a detox because of their diuretic action, and unique because they do not leach out potassium, an important electrolyte mineral. The nutritious leaves are a good source of vitamins A, B, C and zinc. Although dandelion can be bitter, it’s the bitterness that helps to stimulate the liver and gallbladder, thereby improving digestion.

red clover herb

By far one of my favorite herbs, red clover is incredible for cleansing the blood. The flowers have the ability to carry waste out of the bloodstream, making this herb a valuable part of a detoxification protocol.

Red clover is also a powerful tonic, helping to assist in toxin breakdown within the lymphatic system. Its expectorant properties are also great for individuals needing lung support. However, make sure to do your research, as red clover is only appropriate in certain forms and amounts.

Nettle Soup

Nettles help to support the kidneys in eliminating waste and, along with your liver, your kidneys serve an important role in detoxification as well. Beware of picking this herb with your bare hands. It stings and can leave tiny little bumps on your hands and arms. But not to worry, it lasts only temporarily, but is very itchy!

You can enjoy the leaves of this herb by steaming them and adding them to a salad. You can also enjoy nettles in a soup by boiling them with vegetable broth, garlic and onions, then pureeing it. It’s a light and nourishing soup that is rich in iron and vitamin C. Vitamin C is an important nutrient needed to support the different phases of liver detoxification.

You can often find this herb available as a tea. Due to having mildly energizing benefits and supporting the liver and kidneys, it is a great morning tea that can help to kick-start detoxification in the a.m. and supply your body with vital nutrients.

Burdock Plant

Although this may not be the tastiest of herbs, it is an incredible blood cleanser and loaded with detoxifying nutrients, such as folic acid, vitamins C, E and magnesium. Burdock is also a diuretic, helping to expel toxic buildup in your blood and eliminate it through your urine.

Burdock is a strong herb and it would be advised to include this once you have gone through months of detoxification protocols. It has a very strong affinity for the liver and works extremely well to eliminate toxins, therefore it can make you feel quite ill if other detoxification pathways are not optimized.

Burdock is also great for supporting the adrenals, helping to balance blood sugar. It also contains antimicrobial compounds.

cilantro detox herb

This strong-tasting herb is most often used to chelate heavy metals like mercury from the body. You can enjoy it in salads, soups, smoothies or fresh-pressed juices. You can also find this available in tincture form, but do consult with an herbalist before taking it, as it can be quite potent and strong. A heavy metal detox does require guidance and support.

ground ivy herb

Speaking of heavy metal detoxers, ground ivy is great for removing lead and other heavy metals, making it a valuable herb to include in a detox formula. This herb is also a great diuretic, helping to eliminate waste and toxins from the kidneys.

This herb is most widely used for liver detoxification and is readily available. Milk thistle can help to regenerate liver cells and provides vital nutrients for the liver in helping it to expel toxins and metabolic waste. It also helps to produce bile, which assists in supporting digestion.

Neem detox herb

This wonder herb is commonly found in natural dental products due to its antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and antiseptic properties, making it a great addition to any detoxification regime. Neem is also great at purifying the blood and helping to rid the body of unwanted metabolic waste.

Detoxification can be an intense process. Be sure to start out with the right support and guidance and with small doses. Teas are gentle and can be a great supplement for anyone wanting to start a detox protocol.

After you’ve supplied your body with the right nutritional support and nutrients, you may then want to consider incorporating some of these more potent and detoxifying herbs to increase the health of your detoxification pathways and renew your overall health.

You can start flushing out your system with the Green Drink cleanse consisting of greens and fresh water. Simply use a high-powered blender to blend raw fresh uncooked fruits and vegetables with water.

Drink green drinks a few times a week, but make sure you also daily:

- drink three pints of water,

- eat five portions fruits and vegetables

- avoid chemicals of any kind as in refined foods such as, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and drugs.

When you are doing body cleansing detoxification, do not go to extremes by fasting and using body enemas and diuretics or doing excessive amounts of exercise. You may lose essential nutrients this way. The aim of this body cleansing detoxification program is to:

- reduce the workload on your digestive system, and

- to stimulate and cleanse the parts of your body that are responsible for cleansing and elimination which is your liver and kidneys.

Remember: well-being depends on maintaining a balance between your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health.

It's important to include a salad daily in your diet!

Ideas for dinner in your body cleansing diet:

- Baked potato with a salad

- Rice salad with vegetables, use brown or wild rice, vegetable stock, garlic, green beans, with or without Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, olives, then add oregano, thyme, parsley, sage, rosemary, turmeric and whatever herbs you like. Be creative.

- Stuffed bell peppers, eggplant, or tomatoes using as the mixture cooked brown rice with onion and garlic, crushed tomatoes, black pepper, parsley, oregano, basil, fried in vegetable stock. Scoop out insides of whatever vegetable you decide to stuff, then boil in hot water for a few minutes, cool it under cold water, then fill inside with cooked filling. Serve with a salad

- Chili using vegetables such as onion, garlic, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, canneli mixed beans, green and red bell peppers, can of chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, black pepper, chili, vegetable stock. Cook mixture in a wok and serve on brown rice or the filling for tortillas and add a salad.

All of the above meals have a rich supply of antioxidant vitamins, rich source of proteins, B vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fiber Instead of using oil for stir frying, use vegetable soup stock. If you prefer to use an oil, I recommend coconut oil.
